All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Acceptance of your order is confirmed only once it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected misuse.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure payment methods via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna where available. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive safely and reflect our brand experience.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected courier.

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address information.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
